This week's #SupportStaffSuperstar is Northwest Early Childhood Center paraprofessional Ashley Goldbaugh. Congratulations, and thank you for all you do for our youngest Lions, Ms. Ashley!

There is a tornado warning in our area. Children will not be released until the warning is over. We are taking shelter in schools. Buses are heading back to elementary schools and ECC campus if they have already left.

All families must complete the online registration by May 2, 2025, to ensure transportation for both 2025 Summer School and the 2025-2026 school year. Summer School is tentatively scheduled for June 2 - June 30, 2025. Tomorrow's Leadership Luau spirit theme is....

Thank you to the Jefferson County Library-Northwest Branch for hosting ECC and our families last night! Our families enjoyed all of the activities including story time and meeting Pete The Cat! 📚

This week, Ms. Kristen’s class had a Farm to Table day! Students made their own butter with heavy cream, a jar, and a marble—then enjoyed it on fresh bread. They also chopped and mixed a delicious fruit salad and created a vibrant fruit stand display.

Let's Go Cardinals! ❤️⚾️🤍

In unit 9 we have been learning about food from farms and factories. This week Ms. Alyssa and Ms. Hayley’s class synergized to plan and make a fruit salad! They also discussed how fruit is sent to factories to make different things like juice for our smoothies!

Our Student Lighthouse Team met today to prepare for next month’s Leadership Luau! They explored the 8th Habit: Find Your Voice by sharing their unique talents and strengths. These little leaders also kicked off a special display where all of ECC can showcase what they do best. We can’t wait to see our students’ voices shine!

Cardinals Spirit Day on Thursday, March 27th!
