Our Student Lighthouse Team practiced for next week’s Space Jam! 🚀 We focused on Habit 3: Put First Things First — work first, then play. Students proudly shared their Leadership Binders and celebrated all the ways they’re growing as leaders! 💫

This evening, we celebrated Northwest District Teacher of the Year Kristen Price at the Missouri Teacher of the Year Recognition Banquet. The banquet is held each year to recognize the top educators in the State of Missouri. Congratulations, Ms. Kristen! You make us all proud!

🌌🚀 Our Space Jam Assembly today was a blast! ✨ The Student Lighthouse Team led the way by teaching us about Habit 2: Begin with the End in Mind—having a plan when working toward your goals. 🌟 This month’s Home-School Connection invites families to pick a goal to work on at home together. 🏡💫 When you return your activity, we’ll proudly display all the goals our ECC leaders are working toward! 🦁

🚀✨ Congratulations to Ms. Melanie’s PM class for winning our September Roaring Attendance Lion trophy! 🦁🌟 They had the best attendance in the building and were honored at today’s Space Jam assembly. 🌌💫 Attendance matters every single day! When you show up, you blast off into new learning adventures! 🚀📚

🚀 Our 25-26 Student Lighthouse Teams had their first meetings today! We set our goals for the year, planned our upcoming Space Jams, and learned all about Habit 2: Begin with the End in Mind. 🌟 Students even practiced how they’ll share Habit 2 with their friends at tomorrow’s Space Jam assembly. We can’t wait to see all the amazing things this team will accomplish this year! ✨

ECC brought the Lion Pride to the Homecoming Parade! We loved seeing so many familiar faces in the crowd! 💙🦁🤍

At ECC our Little Lions completed a service learning project by decorating a banner for the Homecoming Parade! 🎉🦁💙🤍 Come cheer us on this Sunday at 2:00pm along the High Ridge Blvd. parade route. Ms. Emma and Ms. Kim’s classes met for their September buddy class activity today! The students tasted apples, painted with apples, and made apple collages by tearing and gluing construction paper. 🍎

Dear Families,

We are excited to invite you to our upcoming Trunk or Treat event at Woodridge Middle School! This fun, family-friendly evening is open to our community, and we’d love for you to join us.

There are two great ways to participate:


Host a Trunk – Bring your vehicle, decorate it with a fun theme, and pass out candy to trick-or-treaters. It’s a wonderful way to show creativity and spread Halloween cheer!

Attend the Event – Come dressed in your costumes and enjoy a safe night of trick-or-treating, music, and community fun.
