We had a wonderful time at High Ridge Elementary this morning for Northwest Senior Breakfast. Members of the Class of 2025 that attended HRE come back right before graduation to visit with their elementary teachers, explore the school, and have a good breakfast. The Senior Breakfast is a long-standing tradition and is held annually at each elementary school.

At Murphy Elementary, Mrs. King's class is utilizing technology to become better readers. They are listening to the book on their Chromebooks while reading along in a physical copy of the book. By doing this, it aids in increasing their reading fluency.

What does it take to plan a city? Our 4th and 5th grade CATS students found out as they created their own box cities. They learned about zoning, architecture, sustainability, and city layouts. From touring Washington, MO to filing building permits and designing unique structures, students became city planners and architects, gaining a whole new appreciation for how communities are built and thrive. Last night, they showcased their work and what they learned for their families.
