Do You Have a New Student or are you Withdrawing a Student for the 2020-21 School Year?
The Northwest School District strives to ensure that we have the necessary staffing to provide students with a high quality education. Each year we review student enrollment to determine staffing for the upcoming school year. With our buildings being closed, this provides a challenge to accurately staff our schools. So, we need your help.
If you have a student that needs to be enrolled or you need to withdraw your child from Northwest, please fill out the form below. This form is for enrollment information gathering only. It does not mean that your child is enrolled or withdrawn from the Northwest system.
Please complete a separate form for every student in your household.
