Linda Fowler, art teacher at Maple Grove Elementary School in the Northwest R-I School District, has been named the 2023 Missouri Art Education Association (MAEA) Elementary Art Educator of the Year.
Fowler will receive her award at the MAEA conference in March.
“I work with the most fantastic group of art teachers in our district and throughout the state of Missouri,” said Fowler. “To be selected for this award is such an honor.”
Fowler has been teaching art since 1996, and has been in the Northwest School District since 2004.
