You can make changes to your benefits when you have a Qualifying Event. This is an event in your life that allows you to make changes to your benefit selections. Including but not limited to: marriage, divorce, birth/adoption, change in dependent status, death of a spouse, or change in your spouse's benefits eligibility. You will need to complete a qualifying event form in Talent Ed and provide proof within 30 days of your qualifying event in order to be eligible.

The documentation of your qualifying event
This information must show the date of coverage ending or the start date of the qualifying event.

Marriage Certificate
Birth Certificate
If you are having a baby, you may not have an official birth certificate or social security card. Please upload the certificate you received from the hospital that includes the name and birth date of the child. When you upload your documentation, please include the social security number (if available).
The benefit(s) you would like to change. For example: High Deductible Plan - Family
If you are adding a spouse/ dependent, include their full name, date of birth, and social security number(s)
