Log in to your Parent Portal
- On the main screen, you will see three lines in the top left corner. Click those lines. A menu will appear on the left side of the screen. Click the "Food Service" option.
- You will be taken to the Food Service section.
  - If you're on the mobile app, you will see "0 Items in Cart $0.00" towards the top. There will be a shopping cart icon and a wallet icon. Press the wallet icon.
  - If you're on the website, you will see a box on the right that says "0 Items in Cart $0.00", a "My Cart" button with a shopping cart icon and a "My Accounts" button with a wallet icon. Click the "My Accounts" button.
- You will be taken to the Manage Accounts screen. Here, you will see "Payment Methods", "Payment History" "Recurring Payments" and "Optional Payments" choices. Select "Recurring Payments"
- A box will appear that says "Food Service" and a "View" button on the right. Click the "View" button.
  - If you're on the mobile app, you will be taken to the Recurring Payments screen. Here is where you can set how often payments are made and the amount of payment. If you have multiple children, you will have to set up a recurring payment for each of them. Follow the below instructions to set up a recurring payment for each child.
    - Once you set up how you'd like the recurring payments to be made, type a valid email address to receive a receipt each time the payment is ran and click the blue "Save" button at the bottom. You will be taken back to the first part of the Recurring Payments screen.
      - Repeat this process for each child.
  - If you're using the website, click the "View" button. The Recurring Payment menu will appear on the right. Here is where you can set how often payments are made and the amount of payment. If you have multiple children, you will have to set up a recurring payment for each of them. Follow the below instructions to set up a recurring payment for each child.
    - Once you set up how you'd like the recurring payments to be made, type a valid email address to receive a receipt each time the payment is ran and click the blue "Save" button at the bottom. You will be taken back to the first part of the Recurring Payments screen.
      - Repeat this process for each child.
To change / cancel your automatic payments.
- Follow the above process to get to the Recurring Payments screen. When you open the Recurring Payments screen (app) / menu (website), you can make any adjustments to the frequency of the payments and the amount of the payments.
- To cancel, you will click the red "Delete" button at the bottom of the Recurring Payments screen (app) / menu (website).
  - If you have multiple children you want to change or delete the automatic payment for all of them, follow the directions for each child.
