Food Service Account Information

Student Food Service Accounts are not a "charge" system. Northwest encourages families to provide adequate funds in their student's meal account. Parents/guardians can fund accounts the following ways:

  • Sending cash or check with your child to give to their Food Service Cashier.

    • When sending cash or check, please be sure to secure the payment in a sealed envelope marked with your child's name and Food Service Account Payment.

      • If writing a check, please make the check payable to Northwest Food Service and include your child's name and student number in the memo line.

  • Making a payment by debit/credit card over the phone. Northwest utilizes the Clover platform for phone payments, this comes with a 2.75% service fee.

    • Please call 636-677-3473 ext. 21126. If you have to leave a voicemail, please do not include your card information. Your call will be returned as soon as possible.

  • Utilizing the Infinite Campus Parent Portal. Infinite Campus charges a 3.9% service fee for online payments.

    • Please see the instructions below to access your child's Food Service Account in Infinite Campus and add funds.

Please note, Food Service Cashiers cannot make change for cash payments.

Food Service Account Information in the Infinite Campus Parent Portal

The Food Service tab in the Infinite Campus Parent Portal provides parents/guardians with the ability to view individual or family meal account balances, sign up to receive low balance email notifications if they are not already being received, and view daily meal purchases.  Additionally, it is a secure and convenient way to add money to your child’s account.

The login for your Infinite Campus Parent Portal Account is the same login username and password used for online enrollment.
