A healthy blood pressure is an important component of our heart health.
If you are like a lot of people and have no idea what your blood pressure is, anytime is a good time to start checking it. In an effort to join in on the Employee Wellness initiative, you will find a blood pressure monitor on the table in the staff break room in every building. You will also find good information on what it means to have healthy blood pressure. See attachments below.
If you want to use the blood pressure monitor, read the information and take a blood pressure log to record your readings. Feel free to ask the health services staff for assistance!
