Online Enrollment and Registration

  • We are pleased to announce that the Northwest R-1 School District is moving to an Online Registration and Enrollment system for the 2022-2023 school year.  All families with children in grades K-12, whether they are new or current, will register their student(s) online via the parent/guardian’s Infinite Campus parent portal account. 

    During the enrollment and registration process, you will be asked to upload various documents. This year we are requiring all families to submit two proofs of residency.  Please see the information below for a proof of residency list of accepted documentation.    If you are unable to upload the requested documents, you may provide a copy to the Northwest Administrative Center or email a copy to   Registration and enrollment documents will not be accepted at your student’s building.  If you have questions regarding the required documents, please email .  

    The online process works best when a computer, laptop, student chromebook or tablet is used to complete the registration and enrollment process.    We understand that not all families have access to technology or the internet.  We are glad to help our families who do not have internet access or need help completing the form, but kindly ask families to limit the number in their party to two people to assist with social distancing.   Computer kiosks are available for use at the Northwest Administrative Center located at 4290 Gravois Road, House Springs MO 63051 Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 3:00 pm.  Kiosks will not be available on school holidays.Upon completion of the online registration process, you will receive status updates on your student’s enrollment and registration form.  These updates will be sent to the email address that is on file for the parent/guardian(s) in Infinite Campus. 

    At this time, online registration does not take the place of open houses or other similar events typically held in the building over the summer.  Fees and payments are not collected during the online registration process.

Proof of Residency Requirements

  • All students seeking admission to the District must be legal residents of the District, meet other qualifying criteria, be granted a waiver, or pay tuition. In order to “reside” within the District, the student must be physically domiciled within the boundaries. The domicile of a minor student is the domicile of the parent, military guardian pursuant to military issued guardianship, or court-appointed legal guardian. The following documentation is needed to complete the process:

    Northwest R-1 School District requires proof of residency annually for all students. As part of a continued focus on maintaining fiscal accountability for our Northwest R-1 Community.  

    The following must be followed for enrollment to be complete: 

    Provide TWO proofs of residency from the list below.  The documentation must include the parent/guardian's name, address and date.  Please note, you may only submit ONE utility bill

      • Mortgage Statement for the Residence dated within 30 days of submission.  
      • Rental/Lease Agreement signed by the landlord and tenant, dated and unexpired.  
      • Deed of Residence.
      • Closing Statement for Residence dated within 30 days of submission.  
      • Utility Bill - gas, electric, water, sewer, cable or internet dated within 30 days of submission.  Final or disconnect notices will not be accepted.  
      • Real Estate Property Tax Statement dated within 1 year of submission. (personal property tax statements are not accepted)
      • Federal Court or State Court Documents dated within 30 days of submission.
      • Proof of Homeowners Insurance or Renters Insurance dated within 1 year of submission and has not expired.
