Electronic Meal Application
The Northwest School District Is Asking All Families With Students In Our Schools To Complete A New Online Meal Eligibility Form. This New Procedure Is An Effort To Ensure All Of Our Students Have Access To A Wholesome, Nutritious Meal While At School. It’s Also Intended To Help Families Who May Qualify For The Federal Free Or Reduced Lunch Program To Receive Those Meals For Their Children At A Free Or Reduced Rate. Please Take A Minute And Complete This Form Prior To Your Child(S) Open House And/or Registration. Food Service Staff Will Be At Each School During These Times To Answer Any Questions You May Have.
