Hello!  

Welcome to 3rd Grade! 

 I have been teaching in the Northwest R-1 School District since 2002.  I taught my first 10 years in kindergarten at Maple Grove Elementary. I made Murphy Elementary my new home in 2012, where I continued to teach Kindergarten for 7 years.  Then, I decided to continue my journey with 3rd graders in 2019!  I am truly dedicated to teaching your children! 

Our classroom motto is to "Be Awesome Today!"  We can all "Be Awesome" in our own way and with our own talents while at school, or with friends and family!   I look forward to "Being Awesome" with you and your child! 

3rd grade is a special year for children as they learn many new skills and concepts, and become much moreindependent in their responcibilities.  3rd grade students grow so much over the school year.  Their growth is sure to astound you!
