Woodridge Middle School serves the northern portion of the Northwest R-1 School District for grades 6 - 8. The original school building was dedicated in 1964. Students take challenging classes in core areas of English, math, social studies, and science. In addition to these courses, we offer a wide variety of rigorous encore classes: Engineering Design, Robotics, Industrial Arts, Family and Consumer Science, Band, Scientists at Work, Creative Writing, Art, Multi-Media Computer Applications, Computer Science, Choir, and World Cultures.
Our students also participate in a number of after-school activities that include Computer Club, Intramural Sports, Yearbook, TREND, Student Council, Game Club, International Club, Running Club, and Math Club.
