Student Chromebook Repair Form (8/14/2023 - 8/22/2023)

Families have the opportunity to get student Chromebooks repaired before the 2023-2024 school year begins.   

• If a student's Chromebook needs to be repaired, please complete the form below.
• A member of the district's technology team will contact the parent/guardian listed on the form to schedule an appointment time. 
• Once an appointment time has been confirmed, the parent/guardian will bring the Chromebook to the designated location for repair. 
  • If the Chromebook can be repaired quickly, the parent/guardian may wait. 
  • If the repair requires a part to be ordered, the student will receive their repaired Chromebook or a loaner Chromebook during the first few days of school. 

Additional Information

• The student Chromebook repair form will be available from August 14, 2023 through August 22, 2023.  Any repairs not reported by the 22nd will not be repaired until after the start of the school year.
• The repair will count toward the student's three "free" repairs for the 2023-2024 school year.
