Ms. Kim Roesch
Ms. Kim Roesch is the Chief Human Resources Officer for the Northwest School District. She’s served in this role since 2014. Before taking over this role. Ms. Roesch spent 12 years in the classroom, most of them in the Bowling Green R-I School District. In 2000, Ms. Roesch was promoted to an Elementary School Principal. A year later, she opened a brand new elementary school in the Bowling Green School District where she also served as Principal.
Next Ms. Roesch joined the Northwest School District where she served as building principals at both Brennan Woods Elementary and Woodridge Middle Schools. While serving as Principal of Brennan Woods Elementary, Ms. Roesch gained accolades for her school building and staff. They include: Missouri Gold Star School-2006 and National Blue Ribbon School-2007. Brennan Woods Elementary was also recognized for being a Missouri top 10 school during her time as principal there.
In 2010, Ms. Roesch made the move to Woodridge Middle School to serve as building Principal there. She remained in this position until 2014 when she made the move to Central Office to serve in her current role. Her professional involvement in MSAPAC, NMSA/Association for Middle Level Education and the National Association of Elementary School Principals, make her a resource for staff, students and parents.
Ms. Roesch earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education from Hannibal LaGrange College. She received her Masters Degree in Secondary School Administration and Supervision from William Woods University and her Specialist Degree in School Administration from Lindenwood University.
